Email Policy

This policy applies to Conare, Inc. and to employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates and other third parties communicating or promoting our websites on our behalf. It covers getconare.com, tryconare.com and useconare.com.

Responsible communication

Conare prohibits promoting its websites or services through spam, deceptive messages or indiscriminate unsolicited bulk email. Sender identities and subject lines must be accurate. We do not authorize third parties to use these practices on our behalf.

Relevant, individual business outreach may be sent where permitted by applicable rules. Such messages must clearly identify Conare, explain the business reason for contacting the recipient and provide a straightforward way to stop further promotional contact. We do not represent that all business outreach is based on prior opt-in.

Opt-out requests

To stop promotional messages, reply to the sender asking us to stop, or email artem@conare.ai. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly. Recipients who opt out must be excluded from subsequent promotional outreach and must not be re-added without their permission.

Report suspected abuse

If you believe a message violates this policy, send the message and, where available, its full headers to artem@conare.ai. We will investigate reported misuse and take appropriate action to stop violations, including by service providers or other parties acting on our behalf.
